How far are the garages from the hotel?

The garages are approximately 300 metres from the hotel. We will transport you and your luggage from here to thehotel (and back) when you arrive and depart. When you get to the garages, call +420 499 896 273 to pick you up.

Who has access to the garages?

The garages are independently lockable and remote-controlled. Only the hotel maintenance man  has access to every garage.

Will I pay a parking fee?

Because our guests park in our independent garages, they won’t pay the parking fees that can reach around 800 CZK per week. Please, do not take a ticket by the gate at the parking place.

Can I get to the hotel in my own car?

The hotel is located in the II. Preservation Zone of the Krkonoše National Park and so access by car is only permitted subject to special licence. On top of that, the weather conditions during winter don’t allow for access, even for all-terrain vehicles.

How far is the hotel from the ski resort?

The hotel is located in a quiet area approximately 2 km from the ski resort. However, we transport our guests from the hotel to the downhill runs free of charge in our very own SKIBUS. We will also arrange return transport by Skibus. This also applies to night skiing.

How often does the Skibus run?

Given that our Skibus is ONLY available to our guests, it is available almost all day, with the exception of short break in the lunchtime. Departure interval is 20 minutes. 

How do I get to Pec pod Sněžkou?

Pec pod Sněžkou can be reached by bus or by car. Click on "How to get to hotel" on our  home page to find the route.

Can I bring my pet with me?

You can indeed bring your pet with you, but we only accept cats and smaller dogs. The extra charge for a dog/cat is 200 CZK pro day.

Is it possible to stay on a bed-and-breakfast basis only?

We are proud of our cuisine and the culinary skills of our chef and so we don’t provide accommodation on a bed-and-breakfast basis only.

How can I make an advance payment?

You can make an advance payment in several ways:
- with a bank transfer into the account of the hotel (the simplest and quickest variation);
- by crediting funds to the hotel account at a branch of the bank;
- by sending a money order through the Czech Post Office.

What are the cancellation fees like?

In the case that you cancel your stay more than 2 months before arrival, we charge a 0 % fee.
In the case that you cancel your stay more than 1 month before arrival, we charge a 20 % fee.
In the case that you cancel your stay less than 1 month before arrival, we charge a 50 % fee.
