About the hotel

We try to keep in line with international trends in the hotel business and to satisfy even the most discerning of customers, and so we have come up with a range of new services. We will open a new part of our hotel in a modern building with spacious, luxuriously furnished rooms of a high standard with four-star pedigree on 26.12.2010. The rooms are fitted with modern furniture and each naturally boasts its own spacious bathroom with shower unit. There is a new reception, a squash court, table tennis and a separate room for massages. There is also a free children’s play area, where we are also able to arrange a child minder. In spite of the fact that the hotel building is a mere four storeys, we have nonetheless fitted it with a modern elevator. Guests may also book a separate lockable garage. However, the biggest innovation is the underground wellness zone that allows you to enjoy your days on holiday to the full. Of course guests of the existing three-star hotel can use the wellness zone too and indeed other services such as the reception, squash, table tennis, massages and so on. Wellness

The hotel has a new underground wellness zone of an area of 150 m2 in addition to its existing pool and whirlpool, sauna and gym, which guests may use free of charge. The wellness zone is home to a large whirlpool, an aroma sauna, a salt bath, a tepidarium and a laconium. There is an ice fountain for cooling off, a classic Finnish sauna and an aroma shower. Or perhaps you would prefer a Kneipp bath to regenerate your feet. The wellness zone is also home to a large relaxation area with heated loungers to make sure you are perfectly relaxed. There is a private whirlpool and double bed in a separate area to make sure that our most discerning guests are perfectly relaxed too. The private whirlpool is joined to the wellness zone, making it possible to use our wellness services at the same time as the private zone. Guests to our four-star rooms have one visit to the wellness zone included in the price of their accommodation.

Rooms

Discerning guests can choose from our spacious twin/double, three-bedded and four-bedded rooms. We can also offer families with children 2 large suites with 4 – 6 beds. Seventy-five percent of our rooms face the sunny south and have large French windows. Rooms are able to boast modern furniture, harmonised colours and plenty of space. They come with desk and chair, separate seating area with coffee table, trunk, Internet connection, a mini-bar that is restocked daily, a safe in each room and other details that are very much the standard at a four-star hotel. Rooms are secured using a door-opening system that uses chip cards, a system that also allows guests to access the building itself. Each room naturally has its own bathroom with shower unit and WC, with a robe available for each guest.

Sport

Squash

Our indoor squash court is part of the new underground annex. The court was supplied by a renowned dealer and is sure to satisfy the needs of the most demanding sports enthusiasts. We have rackets and balls to hire out to those that are not active squash players, but who want to simply try the sport here at the hotel.

Aerobics

The squash court can also be used as a small gym. The fact that it is over 60m2 in size means that it is ideal for aerobics and other similar activities. We are therefore able to offer accommodation to whole groups of those who want to enjoy an active holiday.

Table tennis

We try to do the absolute maximum to keep our guests happy. We are unable to influence the weather, however, and so decided to put a table tennis table in the new annex building to make sure guests can use it nomatter what the weather. We naturally have everything you might need at the ready (rackets, balls).

Massages

After a hard day’s hiking, mountaineering or sport or just for a spot of pleasure – enjoy a massage from our in-house masseur. You can choose from a wide range of massages, from neck massages to full-body massages, all provided in our separate massage room. Or you might prefer a sports massage or simply a massage to help you wind down. It really is up to you.

Children’s play area

We have a children’s play area with plenty of attractions for kids to enjoy. This will help you keep the children amused even when the weather is not at its best. We are also preparing the option for you to leave your children in our children’s play area under the supervision of a professional child minder.

For companies

Our new lounge for your training sessions, small congresses, teambuilding sessions, meetings etc. will open its doors on 26th June 2010.

All the required congress technology will be on hand for you to use: flipchart, whiteboard, projector with screen and notebook connection, TV with SAT signal and sound system. The lounge can hold between 40 and 50 people. Your company can also book all or any hotel facilities for these sorts of events.
