how far is the hotel from ski areal?
Hotel is cca 2km away from the ski areal. For our guests, the free shuttle SKIBUS is available. For those who do not wish to travel, we offer a private hotel ski slope.
what is the skibus timetable?
Whole day within the interval of 20 minutes.
what is the difference between garage parking and parkplace?
Parkplace offer a dedicated place for your car outside, in the garage your car is protected from snow and passer-by.
how far is the garage?
Garage is cca 300m far from hotel. After your arrival we will pick you up with your luggage to the hotel. After your arrival, please contact our service at +420 499 896 273.
who may enter the garage?
Garages are secured with lock and remote control. Only you and hotel manager may enter.
Can i drive with my car directly to the hotel?
Unfortunately no, as the hotel isplaced within the II. protection area of the Giant Mountains Nationa Park and therefore only cars with special permission may drive in. During winter, it is not wise anyway to drive in, even with an outdoor vehicle.
how will i get to Pec pod Sněžkou?
Connection to Pec pod Sněžkou is possible by bus or car. Bus timetables are available at idos.cz and travelling by car is easy with Google maps or Mapy.cz servers.
may i stay with my pet?
Yes, however we accept smaller cats and dogs only. Daily fee see Pricelist
may i have my stay with breakfast only?
We do not offer breakfast only possibility, as we are very proud of our chef and his cuisine. For dinner we offer 8 different meals (2 pastas, 2 pizzas, 1 gluten free meal, 3 other dishes and salad bar), therefore we believe everyone will choose according their taste.
how to pay a deposit?
There are several ways how to pay deposit:
- bank transfer (easy and fast)
- at our bank (ČSOB)
- sending the deposit through Česká pošta postal order
what is the cancellation policy?
61 and more days prior arrival, no cancellation fee.
31 - 60 days prior arrival, 20% fee.
15 - 30 days prior arriva, 50% fee.
14 dnů days prior arriva, 100% fee.
