My fiancée and I were here for the first time and definitely not the last. The rooms are spacious and clean, the food is delicious and the staff is 10/10.

Jarda is a man in his place, he would go out of his way for the guests and nothing is a problem for him.
Jaruška always smiles and serves with humility, respect and pleasant energy.

As someone in the industry, I have to say that it is very nice to see a fully functional operation without a single moment of hesitation.

We would like to thank the entire team of Bouda Máma from the bottom of our hearts for such a perfect stay! My fiancé and I were here for the first time and we would love to come back - whether for skiing in the winter or hiking in the summer. Everything was perfect from A to Z. Lovely welcome, clean and cozy rooms, great food and the staff? Everyone exudes positive energy, everyone is incredibly nice and friendly, everyone takes care of you with respect and humility and it is clear that they enjoy it. We would especially like to highlight Miss Jaruška, Jarda and their entire shift (sorry, I don't have a memory stick for names). They took care of us as if they were our own. For a person in the field, this stay was like a balm for the soul. Thank you very much again!!

Nice environment, amiable and willing staff, number one hotel equipment - with my daughter, we greatly enjoyed our relaxing holiday. Pity it was for three days only, but we will definitely come back.

Services, massages, sports, wellness etc. are on a very good quality. We wish to thank the staff for their kind attitude and for their help during a non-statndard situation solution.

I have only positive feedback, 5 stars are not enough. At our arrival to Pec pod Sněžkou, we were awaited already by the driver, who took our luggage without asking and delivered them directly to our room. Receptionist was also very kind.

I really reccommend this hotel. For me almost 100%. From the first moment when the drive pick you up, introduce himself, shake your hand, till the friendly staff in the pub and hotel restaurant. We reserved a 3 night stay, at the las minute, our room was just perfect.

A bunch of friends from work spent a weekend in this cool hut. Perfect food, environment and accommodation. Staff and cook were very friendly. The driver was a bit of a stuntman during the transport, but respect for driving in winter season! Best experience in Czechia. I will be definitely back, maybe with my family.

Great place and usability. Services at the perfect level. At the reception they will advise and help everyone. Everywhere clean and tidy. The wide selection of breakfast and dinner also pleased, everything is very tasty. I'm looking forward to the next visit
