cancellation insurance
As an additional service to stays at our hotel, it is now possible to order cancellation insurance in the event of ILLNESS as part of travel insurance (with coverage of other risks of cancellation of stay). The insurance also includes a diagnosis of COVID-19.
Cancellation insurance can be conveniently taken out through us. The renowned ERV insurance company has become our and therefore your partner.

The travel cancellation insurance can now be taken out in three coverage levels:

STANDARD: Includes cancellation of the stay for various reasons (illness including Covid-19, loss of job, divorce, flooding in your home, liability for damage caused to our hotel)
- OPTIMAL: Compared to the STANDARD variant, it also includes a Covid19 quarantine, compensation for unused vacation and a higher coverage amount for damage caused to our hotel
Please note that this insurance (with the exception of the OPTIMAL level) is travel cancellation insurance and therefore only applies to cancellation of the stay before arrival.
And how much does it cost?
The amount of insurance depends on the variant chosen and also on the total amount for the stay.
- STANDARD: 5% of the total amount for the stay
- OPTIMAL: 6% of the total amount for the stay
And it's very simple: the product can be ordered directly through us. You pay the insurance premium together with the price of the stay in one sum. We pay your insurance premium to the insurance company. If you pay the full amount (including insurance), you take care of everything.
The condition for the product is ordering a stay and paying 100% of the total price of the stay at the time the pro forma invoice is due.

what to do in the event of an DAMAGE event?
- Contact the assistance service at +420 221 860 860 (have the insurance contract number, insurance tariff and the insured person's first and last name ready)
- Fill out the insurance claim form (available on request at hotel@boudamama.cz)
- Send the completed form and the original documents to the insurance company's address (klient@ERVpojistovna.cz)
Travel cancellation insurance can only be taken out for stays booked in our hotel.
