The lower section of the Pec pod Sněžkou - Sněžka cableway has already been in operation since December 20. Now, starting on Saturday, February 22, 2014, the upper section of the cableway will also be in operation, all the way to the summit of the Krkonoše Mountains. The cableway now features cabins and makes it possible to take a trip to Sněžka -- without having to get off -- to observe the panoramas of our highest mountains.

    By the way, according to the latest measurements, Sněžka now measures 1603.2 m, meaning it has "grown" by roughly 100 cm :o) Come check it too! And when you are on your way to Pec pod Sněžkou, don't forget to stop in our Bistro at the lower station of the cableway, or directly in our hotel pizzeria.
